We offer full support for all your Apple computers
Most of the simple problems can be fixed using our FAQ section, but sometimes things really do go wrong and you may need someone to have a look at your machine.

We can support and help with the following:
  • Installations
  • Troubleshooting
  • Internet and Email
  • Networking
  • Most software issues
We can either visit you at your place or you can drop the machine into us.

Our prices for support are as follows:
  • First hour - £50
  • Susequent hours - £45
For call outs further than 10 miles from Exeter there is a charge of 50p per mile (round trip) in addition to the standard charge.
If you are having hardware issues, for example the hard drive is behaving badly then please look at our repair section or use the links on the right to see if we are able to fix it, if your issue is not listed please contact us and we will be able to help you.
